Service Cancellation
- Users can request to cancel their service subscription or project at any time through their dashboard or by contacting support.
- For ongoing monthly subscriptions, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
- Once a cancellation is processed, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.
Product Orders
For specialized digital products or software licenses, cancellation is only possible if the license key or digital asset has not been generated or delivered to your account.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is governed by the nature of the digital services and custom software we provide.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Non-Refundable: As per our standard terms, subscription fees and payments for custom software development are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the digital product has been delivered.
- Technical Issues: If you face a technical glitch that prevents you from using our service, and our team is unable to resolve it within 15 working days, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Double Payments: In case of accidental duplicate transactions, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our support team with your Transaction ID.
- Provide a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review the request and notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days.
Payment Security
All transactions are processed through secure, 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or net banking credentials on our servers.
